Here is a great YouTube clip on counselling. I sent it out to my network of counsellors and they responded with hysterical comments of their own. Some said: “I’d say that if I had the guts.” Another said, “I am going to give that intervention a try!”

Now we all know that clients have opinions about their counsellors that they like to share widely and wildly, especially if their counsellor is a poor match for them. But you may not think that the counsellor sometimes wishes he (or she) could just shout “Stop That!” or “We don’t go there!” Especially those client’s who make life more than difficult for the counsellor – I know that this is not you!
